  • Balancing and speed control.

Level 2: Advanced Beginners

Goal: To deepen skills and prepare for participation in games and competitions.

  • Acceleration and deceleration techniques;
  • Mastering different radius turns;
  • Learning basic attack and defense tactics;
  • Fundamentals of playing together as a team.

Level 3: Advanced

Goal: Improve speed, accuracy, and strategic thinking.

  • Techniques to increase and control speed;
  • Learning acceleration techniques and quick turns;
  • Improved blocking tactics and scenarios for the most efficient play;
  • Preparation for a variety of game situations.

Level 4: Advanced Techniques and Competition Preparation

Goal: Preparation for participation in high-level competitions.

  • Mastering various techniques for blocking and passing the opponent;
  • Improve skill in maneuvering and avoiding obstacles;
  • Simulation of game situations and drills that mimic competitive conditions;
  • Tactical instruction and preparation for various types of competitions.

Each level includes a combination of theory, practical exercises, drills and game simulations. Physical training is also an important element of the program, including exercises to strengthen muscles, increase endurance and flexibility
